Absolutely disgusting realty entity that bleeds every last penny from there tenants, leaving them to find property elsewhere or suffer being promptly evicted. Consistently jacking up rent, and regularly issues unexpected taxes/property adjustments/beautification costs. No community here - just greed. Greenlawn plaza had several long-term rentals and was anchored by Chase bank - it's quickly becoming entirely vacant as businesses are forced to close or move out.
