Federle was the worst property management company we have ever worked with. They charged way more than they should have for maintenance, in some cases double what we pay now. They were not responsive and tenants didn't like having them manage the property. Turnover took months when it should have been weeks. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Ryan and Allie lost is our dream home because they lied to us and they listing agent and never communicated that there sale was contingent on our home selling. Then, they didn’t do their due diligence and priced our home way too high for the market. They were extremely unresponsive and unprofessional after about 2 weeks.
