Everyone has been very kind and helpful during my 9 months here. A few specific shout outs. Sheri is always so friendly at the front desk. Cathy the case manager always resolves issues promptly and walked me through the workers comp process. Dani the PTA has been amazing to work with and did an amazing job resolving a lot of my pain and listening to my concerns. The guys over here at F.I.C. are fantastic and incredibly friendly. It's always a pleasure to go to my appointments and be greeted with this awesome people!
This place is the best place for physical therapy. I've had issues for years with my back, and they not only have relieved pain going down my legs, it's more centralized in the lower back, and is getting better. Plus, they've given me tools to use throughout my work day to help prevent and/or help flareups.
Everyone at the Federal Injury Center is amazing. They have helped me so much and I have learned so much, especially from Matt and Garrett, they are both very good at explaining things so I understand without making me feel stupid.
