I did the neighborhood impact program. As the other person mentioned it’s a bunch of paperwork they’re asking for. But you are asking for 7500-10000$ in free money, what would you expect? I got my paperwork in and got a 10k roof paid for quickly and without problems.
Regretfully, this bank is affiliated with the Neighborhood Impact Program (NIP) in Michigan. FHL Bank of Indianapolis and any entity associated with them, are extremely intrusive, unprofessional and misleading. Upon submitting all required documents, my family was later asked to submit more documentation. The request for additional paperwork, turned into a very draining and nerve-racking cycle.
Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis has a 3.3 star rating with 12 reviews.
