Federal Glass & Mirror Co. was originally founded in Waltham, MA in 1948 by Vincent “Jimmy” Purpura and long time business Partner Max Newhouse. In 1950 they moved to Rt. 9 in Framingham where the business is currently located.<br /> Founders Max and Jimmy started stepping out of the office to be replaced by two of Jimmy’s sons, Mike and John Purpura. The two brothers still run the RT. 9 shop to this day.

Some of you may heard about Kevin Quinn, the Marine Veteran that tragically passed away last week in Mashpee, MA while on his way home from visiting his wife and new born daughter at the hospital in an automobile collision with a vehicle that was evading Police.
