Our furnace suddenly stopped working. I was able to get a service technician out to my house the same day. Matt and Ryan were early. They were very polite and worked efficiently. They were knowledgeable and explained the issue and answered all my questions. They did a very good job.
I recently had an issue with my furnace and contacted Federal Elite Heating & Cooling for the repair. I was so impressed with the professionalism and skill of the technicians, Paul and Ryan.
