Federal Elite Heating & Cooling has been tremendously quick to respond to our service calls anytime we have encountered a problem with one of our furnace or AC units! We have had very positive experiences working with Paul, Josh, and Corey (on the service side) as well as Tim (Sales Consultant) and Debbie (Office Manager)! My recent experience with Paul, Christine and Mike has been exceptional. They are quick to respond to my questions or concerns. Recently Paul came out to the house to evaluate our heat pump, as it was not working. He took the time to meticulously run multiple tests and diagnose the problem. I had questions regarding the heat pump. He did an excellent job of explaining in detail how the heat pump worked and the older part that needed replaced. Paul at Federal Elite was a great help to us. He was on time, professional and patient with us; answering questions and giving us insight on immediate issues and interventions as well as longer term/bigger issues to consider. I anticipate that we will using Federal Elite for any future heating or cooling issue we experience.
Unfortunately, I am leaving this review as Federal Elite Heating and Cooling is, in my opinion, not acting in good faith. A thermostat wire was ran a number of years ago by this company, which violates building code. I called about a month ago to have them come out to assess, today I received a follow-up call that they could come and look but I would have to pay a charge for that assessment.
