Our furnace suddenly stopped working. I was able to get a service technician out to my house the same day. Matt and Ryan were early. They were very polite and worked efficiently. They were knowledgeable and explained the issue and answered all my questions. They did a very good job.

Josh from FEH&C, Inc was great! He showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and went to work. I really appreciated him taking the time to explain how our geothermal system operated and what the failure was and also how to perform some basic maintenance on the unit. Thanks, Josh!
