I recently had a problem with my furnace and Matt came the same day. Matt was very professional and answered all my questions concerning the repair. I highly recommend Federal Elite Heating and Cooling and recommend Matt for repairs. He was very knowledgeable.
Matt came to look at my elderly grandpas furnace for us with 30 minutes of calling! Great customer service , very informative and knows his stuff! We were having some issues with our geothermal system and our A/C. Federal sent Paul to our home and he was wonderful. He took the extra time to show me how he diagnosed the issue and how he resolved it. He even was gracious enough to have a nice conversation with me while he was working on the system. Felt like Paul truly enjoys his job and helping his customers. We were without A/C for a week during some 90 degree days, but since Paul resolved the issue, it has been working great!
Today we had our heating and humidifier serviced by "Matt" Service tech. We were very impressed with his knowledge of and application to our system. We have been using Federal Heating for many years and we have been impressed with their company and their employees. Matt took time to explain what he did and some changes he is making to our system. Overall a very positive experience.
