Excellent customer service from Josh. He was on time, explained everything that he was checking and what his findings were. We have used Federal Elite for many years with our Geothermal system and have always been 100% satisfied.
We used this company for our full HVAC system. We are happy with the install. Their employees are skilled and professional. The system is very energy efficient. The only reason I will not give a five star review is there were problems with the heat run to one bathroom. This has been fixed but it took a bit of time to get this accomplished.
We used this company for our full HVAC installation. However we have no heat in our front bathroom and very little in the bedroom. We have called too many times to count and they are not responding!!! After 3 years the problem remains and this company remains non-responsive. We have tried to be respectful, kind and to demonstrate patience. This approach continues to receive a non response. We recently purchased a furnace from Federal Elite. Everyone was extremely professional and courteous. Mike thoroughly explained our options and the furnace was installed the next day. Greg and Brian were very efficient and knowledgeable. We appreciate the speed and level of communication we received. Shawn was here on a Saturday and we had a new furnace on Tuesday. Thanks to Mike, Shawn, Greg, Brian, Mason, and Megan. Highly recommend.
In March 2023 we decided to put central a/c in our newly purchased home. They installed, cleaned up after themselves, wore shoe coverings through the house and were professional and polite. In May our furnace stopped working. We had Mike out to give us an idea of what it would cost to fix or replace, and it needed replaced. Using what savings we had put back for our A/c that was just installed in March, we didn't have the money to buy a new furnace.
