Please be aware when requesting an impairment rating. Dr. Shea will try to talk you into putting off submitting the impairment rating and into getting more surgical procedures. I'm not sure that it's because they don't want to lose patients or the money. I had a few surgeries, but my pain only got worse even after therapy. All of the people are professional, kind, and caring. A work related injury has caused so much pain and stress. The people at Centex Injuty and Workers Comp have helped me regain some strength, and confidence. I don't know what I would have done without them!!!
