I loved staying here. The lady at the front was so sweet
This place needs some updates the bottom of the bathtub was coming up in one of our rooms, and everything looked worn. The place was extremely clean and the beds were comfortable. The neighborhood looked sketchy but we left our cars for a week when we went on our cruise and they were in perfect condition when we returned.
I recently booked 2 rooms for 4 nights at this hotel, but only stayed 1 night. I arrived too tired and too late to leave. It's located on the West Bank on a former military base, near the ferry back to downtown NOLA. It's an older property that needs a lot of deferred maintenance. The staff was top notch. However the window had no curtains, and the closet door fell off. The toilet could only be flushed by removing the tank lid to manually lift the flapper.
