Absolutely vile place. Half the carpet floor in my room was soaking wet. Used, soaked towels all over the floor, probably left there to try to soak up whatever was leaking, which didn't work. The hotel boasts a kitchenette, but the burners in my room were filthy and rusted to the point where I didn't feel safe to use the kitchenette. The fridge was similarly gross and caked in something brown on the outside. We spent 3 nights at Federal city inn. Overall it's an amazing place with keeping safety into consideration for your vehicles in NOLA. Travel point of view- This place is just 5 mins away from a bus stop that takes you to Algiers ferry which directly takes you to Canal Street and River Walk at French Quarters. Considering how high the parking charges are in French Quarter, the travel was seemless and you could enjoy the city by using the LePass app to get a days worth of unlimited pass and travel using the public transport ... read more
