I purchased my 2006 Chevrolet Equinox LT AWD from your location. I was not planning on buying a vehicle as I was waiting for my tax return (for the down payment). My sales associate assured me that if I gave him 30 minutes he would do everything he could for me. So, I thought, "why not?" Dell Rocks he is so helpful and kind no pressure and really tries to help. With so many bad car stores out there it’s so nice that there is one out there that's not just trying to shove me in to a crappy car and tack are money Our credit was not the best but he figured out how to get us an awesome car with low miles. The beast part is the car is way cooler then what I was thinking I cud buy. The one bad thing is that there is only one bathroom long line, LOL. If I know anyone how needs a car I would have them see Dell.

I had nothing but an amazing experience with this company. I worked with Frank and skip and they made the process so easy and quick. With someone with a bad credit scored to walk out with a car that same day was such a relief. We had one small problem with the car after we bought it but they took it back and fixed it perfectly, and even provided us a loaner car in the meantime so we didn't have to go without a car. Went to the dealership, had the usual "let's get you in a car today discussion". When I asked about the technically aspects of the car, the sales rep was actually very helpful. He told me about some personal experiences and was also not afraid to steer me away from cars with bad conditions and reviews. I want honest customer service, so this meant a lot to me.
