I don't understand what's so hard about delivering a package...been rescheduled for delivery for straight days.
Every single time I have a package that travels through this hub there is a problem. Every single time I reach out they never respond. I don’t mean weather delays. Most of my packages end up damaged extremely, lost, late and it’s not a once or twice thing. It’s every single time! I won’t be ordering from anymore major stores that ship through this hub. It’s a constant problem.

Fedex loads shipment on trucks, than marks shipment exception weather even though no bad weather. Then doesn't deliver until next day.
