Worst logistics company in the world, late deliveries, torn up packages, delivery instructions ignored, unexplained delays, no customer service what so ever, AI wall no live person to talk to. I REFUSE to order from any company that uses fed ex as thier logistic company
Most of the drivers I’ve had have been phenomenal. But, one driver named Britney who “delivers” to the Park City, Laurel area REFUSES to get out of her vehicle whether I’m outside with my overly friendly mini Aussie or not present. She will sit in her vehicle and honk her horn until I come out of the house and literally take me dog into the house. I’ve asked her if she would like to meet “Lily” and she refused.
