Tom is a great trainer! I attend Tom's 6am class where he constructs a workout regiment that challenges clients of a wide-ranging skill and strength. Excellent attention to detail and workout mechanics.
Tom -owner of Fed by Fact- is the most personable, and caring individual, who will truly listen to your fitness and health goals. He will not only take the time to make sure you hit your results, he will make sure you do it correctly and safely! His programs are unique and personable.
I have been working with Tom for three weeks and already feel much stronger and more energetic. Tom uses dynamic exercises that seem to have real world application. As a result, I'm feeling muscles I didn't know I had. Although I might be an atypical client (age 60, many old injuries), I feel right at home in the facility.
