I used FECH moving & cleaning the last two days for a local apartment to apartment move. 10 mins before they were supposed to get there, I got a call saying the truck unexpectedly had trouble and they had to go back to home base and get another one. The move ended up officially starting 1 hour later. Had I been 100% ready to go, this would have really annoyed me but to be honest, it bought me more time to do some things on my end. Just want to say thank you guys for an incredible job. I was online searching for movers when I came across FECH. I called that same morning, and we quickly agreed on pricing, which was very reasonable and budget-friendly. The owner told me his team would arrive at 9:45 AM, and they were right on time. They helped move all my belongings, and everything arrived safely at my new location. About 1.5 years ago, I thought I was in need of an eviction service. At that time, I contacted Ade at Fech Moving & Cleaning Services. Now, I adoringly call him Mr. Ade. He was extremely attentive, highly intelligent, and had follow-through skills CEOs of Fortune 500 companies would be envious of. We communicated often until eviction time. Even though I didn't utilize their services for an eviction move (my tenant moved out on his own) I can speak on the attentiveness of Ade communication. (Immediate text/call response, sent email invoice with a discounted price for the move) The eviction move was only a week and a half out, but he still added me onto their busy schedule. Much appreciated!
