Fair at best We lived in one of the “furnished” apartments for 3 months. Our experience was not great. We were told the bed was a queen. I highly doubt it as it was very small-all tags were removed from the bed and linens so bed size couldn’t be confirmed . The bed was so uncomfortable, it suckedyou into a “trench”. We had almost no pots/pans (2) and overall it was a very poorly appointed apartment. The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything your neighbors say. Some issues We've been here about a month. The location is great and the apartment is very spacious. The kitchen has a ton of cabinets which I love and there's plenty of storage throughout. The only issues I have about the place is the cleanliness when we moved in. Upon moving in, I expected the place to be spotless (it's typically required to clean your place before moving out) but the counter tops were sticky and floors were a bit dirty looking. Love this place! Just moved into one of their traditional style one bedrooms (in their order buildings) in November last year and I love it. The office girls are so nice and helpful and They answered any questions I had before moving in, which felt like hundreds. Any interaction I have had with the maintenance guys while they’re out and about has always been pleasant too. Stay away and don’t rent here. Stay away from here. They nickel and dime you for damages that don’t exist upon moving out. They walk you through upon renting and don’t upon exiting. They make up false claims of Damages and charge exhorbitant amounts for replacing or fixing things. They don’t fix anything and are non responsive upon calling the office where they don’t ever answer. Stay away and don’t rent here!!!!!
Very noisy Aside from the amount of sq ft I would not recommend this place at all. The walls are paper thin. You literally hear everything. Filled with senior citizens who don't work, so they are always snooping around. Maintenance is ran by two guys who have no clue what they are doing. Definitely don't move here and can't wait to lease ends.

It could be better It is nice on the inside. My only problem is that the walls are so thin. You can literally hear every word someone says in their normal speaking tone. I have a neighbor that bangs on my bedroom wall just from me having s normal conversation & they think I'm too loud..but it's just that the walls are so thin. You can never have any privacy & feel comfortable in your own home without feeling like you're disturbing someone. So I definitely will not be renewing my lease.
ITS OK. REALLY NICE PLACE AESTHETICALLY. NICE POOL AND WORK OUT ROOM. HOWEVER, WALLS ARE PAPER THIN, ITS ALWAYS A PAIN TO FIND A PARKING SPOT, AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ISNT THE GREATEST. SO FREE RENT HERE WOULD BE GREAT. ITS GETTING TO THE POINT WHERE THEY SHOULD BE PAYING ME TO LIVE HERE. THE CONS OUTWEIGH THE PROS. LIKE PEOPLE, IT DOESNT WHAT THE OUTSIDE LOOKS LIKE, ITS WHATS ON THE INSIDE THAT COUNTS. ~ SLEEPLESS AT FEATHERTON
great I love it here it is peaceful and quiet! PLUS IT IS CLEAN AIR AND SPACEY!
