Featherstone is a lovely living facility unlike many of us have seen. The DON, Rachel McKinney is a dear friend of mine and i can tell you , Rachel's care and love for her residents show in everything she does. Even when it isn't working hours, she keeps staff and residents at the forefront of her mind. The staff overall show genuine concern and compassion for each resident! The staff is the most loving group of people I've ever met at a care facility. I pop in from time to time to entertain the residents and they are a wonderfully warm and welcoming group of people - both the caregivers and the residents.
My first choice, every time! Completely dedicated to quality care and respect for our seniors.
Featherstone residents have said it best....."they truly care about all of us, and are always throwing parties. I thought I may not like it here, but I have loved every minute!" I heard a precious lady tell visitors how much she loved living at Featherstone in February 2019! Thank you Rachel Miller McKinney for making Oklahoma a better place to age! Lifelong health!
