If I could give lower than one star I would. He has been my grandmother's doctor for a while and he has no bed side manner and always has something rude to say. My aunt tried to come into the room with my grandmother at her last appointment and he said "Great that's just what we need, another person in the room." I hope he treats his other patients better than he treats her, but I highly doubt it.
The WORST....condescending, dismissive, even rude to his staff, He just basically walked out... I'm thinking "Is this examination over?!" Assistant obviously was just as clueless.... I left thinking WHAT was that all about, needless to say I found a new physician. Stay away, I'm a 63 year old educated person and have lived in Hot Springs for 35+ years... one of the worst experiences I have ever encountered. I would most definitely give this person zero stars however this review site will not allow
Dr. Featherston is the absolute best. I have only good things to say about how he treated me, I can't recommend him enough.
I have seen Dr. Featherston for almost 10 years now for various reasons. He listens, brings up possibilities and we talk it out and decide best treatment. He does not hurry through the visit...he actually cares and has a great sense of humor which lessons the anxiety of a Dr. visit. GREAT DOCTOR!
We both have been going to Dr. Featherston for about 6 years and are very satisfied with the care we have received.
Dr Featherston has been great dealing with Dan. He is tell it like it is, and that is the kind of Doctor that we need for Dan. I have and will recommend Dr Featherston.
