I went to Cathy M for demi permanent hair color to cover my grays that were in my hair. She did the worst job I've ever had in my life. My hair color is strawberry blonde. When Cathy was done I had aweful bright red-orange fake copper hair. Its called hot roots. She blamed me and lectured me and talked down to me the whole time She was not nice at all. I always get the best cut and color and what feels like a total makeover whenever I visit Feathers salon. The salon is beautiful and with beautiful interiors, welcomed by friendly staff who offer fresh brewed coffee and cookies for you to relax and relish. And the stylist I go to, Cathy, greets me with a warm motherly love and after a few quick questions she somehow knows what color, highlights and cut would suit me and goes about giving me the royal transformation. I want to thank Ron the owner so much. I walked in on a Friday after another salon did a bad demi permanent hair color. I was very distraught . He was so welcoming and is extremely kind. Then I met another great genuinely kind stylist, Jen. Her and Ron worked on my hair that same Friday. The color was better after 2 clarifying shampoos. I then got a hair glaze (gloss).
