If you're looking for a realtor look somewhere else. I just bought a home and used featheringham as my realtor. There were issues with the home when I was buying it that my realtor assured me they were addressing and they were the 2 toilets. They said they were fixed 5 days before I closed and assured me they were taken care of. I have already replaced one toilet and the other is so bad I have to remove a ceiling.
