My daughter went in for a trim and balayage. The receptionist upfront stated they specialize in it and they could do it no problem. My daughter even provided a picture of what she wanted little did she know she’d be leaving with some orange streaks and uneven hair. First picture is what she wanted and the following ones are of what she left with.
