Of course it is your choice but you are taking a HUGE risk with this dentist office. I initially went for the special $59.00 which included a cleaning of my teeth and 18 X-rays only to be told that I had 2 cavities. Because this is a dentist office I trusted what was said. So I scheduled to have the cavities filled.. Minor stuff right! I have done this before NO BIG THING. IT WAS PERFECT LAST WEEK ...which was August 2 2014. But today, August 7 2014 I walked in to find MID TREATMENT that my dentist is gone, the choice was made wlithout any concern for mid treatment patients who WANT THE DENTIST THEY STARTED WITH. My husband who has tens of thousands of dollars of work ongoing is going to be off the charts angry and disgusted by this change. No corporation is qualified to make my personal care choices. Great Hygienist! – Had not been there before, but it was on my insurance plan and was local. The hygienist, Patty, was awesome! Great cleaning and did not hurt, plus Patty is the nicest hygienist I have ever had. Higpshly recommend her. Doctor was friendly. Front desk was another matter. It was like I was bothering them, kinda bossy. I will go back and recommend to anyone who needs a great hygienis
Wonderful dental office – I had my orthodontic treatment done here and I got to know the staff for a whole year now. What I can say about this office is that its a busy office and everyone that works there is very happy and customer service is exceptional. The ladies were work hard and believe in there service. Please be Aware!!!! – Don't go here. I was over charged for a procedure according to my insurance explanation benefit form. This office never contacted me regarding my credit on my account. It seems like they wanted to keep my credit. When I called the office about my credit Shana explain that the office leaves the credit on my account until I come back for more dental services and they would apply credit any dental treatment.
