Never use this company! Kim showed our house when it was still filthy from the previous tenants. I live 3 hours away and when I saw the house I was appalled! I spent hours cleaning. She didn't charge the tenants for anything. The grass was dead because she didn't ever check on the property. It was just a broken sprinkler! When we decided not to rent anymore, it took her 4 months to get our deposit back! That's only because I hounded her!
