I agree with Dave review I was treated the same way didn’t even to get to see the actual doctor on my first visit seen some head nurse that was extremely rude didn’t tell me I had a choice not to go with them refused to do a referral out after waiting 3 months to be accepted I had to drive back to Las Vegas for me meds because they took so long then when I get in she tells me I’m on to much medication without looking into my medical records treated me like I’m a doctor shopper and a pill addict when I’ve had one pain managem... read more
I waited and waited, I have scoliosis Osteoporosis, arthritis , in severe pain my primary care referral, my surgeon referral, faxed information, they kept me hanging by the phone saying that they would call to make appointment called said they were reviewing pre-authorization until finally they strangely said call your primary care, they didn't have the professional concern , and compaction to tell me I was denied!!! Left hanging w/ severe pain thinking I had a chance to finally get relief, I would never recommend this call... read more
