This is an amazing company. Heather Shallal was my practitioner for my microblading. I have had continuous comments over the year at how natural and good they looked. I went back for my yearly touch up and they said I could wait because they still looked good. She explained that some people hold pigment really well. I had scheduled an appointment for my first ever eyebrow session (I'm in my 70s), and was assigned to "Heather." However, I never received any in-person services at Feather & Blade (and therefore cannot review the actual procedure or results) because a few days before my scheduled appointment I got cold feet and decided to cancel. The before and after photos looked too artificial for me. My first session went well. I understood there will be fading from the brows. When I returned for my second session, the mircoblading stylist could see I had returned with just my brow. It didn't hold at all. So, instead of it being a touch-up, we had start from scratch. Okay, no big deal. But after I left in 4 weeks it was pretty gone again.
