I cannot say enough about how satisfied we are with our floor installation and the entire process with Feasterville Floor!!!! From the salesman Keith, the Team for measuring Rich and Rick and Chris the Project Managers they have all been wonderful to work with during the last few weeks!!! 2 weeks ago we had flooring installed in 2 bedrooms and the laundry room, and they did a great job then as well. Diane MC Carrol was excellent in helping us decide which floor we wanted. She was courteous and always available for any questions we had. Rick measured the area of the floor & explained it would take 2 days for the installation. The 3 installers were excellent and installed our floor perfectly. They were very courteous.
I was at the store today,the consultant Patra Karidas was very professional and pleasant.
Had three carpets installed by feasterville floor company. Quality of the rugs is top notch definitely got what I paid for in that category. Their installers Dennis and Mike, we're very professional efficient and had a great sense of humor at the same time which I really enjoy. The craftsmanship of installing the carpets is top notch I could not be happier cuz I'm a very particular person on how things are done. My husband and I recently purchased a house and wanted to update the kitchen and bathroom.
