,I have been a patient at this practice for over 17yrs. I was seen there by Dr. Rosenberg for my health issues. He's now retired and I don't have an assigned doctor. For my meds and care . No one is taking responsibility for my care. I cannot be left without my meds,. I take a lot of medications. I am going to contact the administrator for this practice if I don't get my meds. This is unheard of. I would never recommend this practice!!! I will not stay quiet!
I have never experienced the mentioned complaints. My wait time from signing in until i see the doctor is maybe 10 min wait and my doctor is thorough. I have been with this practice over 1 years and absolutely love my doctor.
Terrible service. Waited over a hour to be seen. Took us to the back. Just to make us wait longer. Nobody wanted to help or even act as if they cared. I will be taking my children out of there asap.
