I just returned from a trip to Texas (the home of BBQ) and this was the best brisket I've ever had. Absolutely melts in your mouth. Cooked to perfection!

I worked with Scott and Feast catering this past summer. I was thoroughly impressed by the attention to detail, planning and efficiency. The quality and taste of the menu was top notch, approaching gourmet. Especially good were the Georgian peppers, with a unique blend of herbs and spices. Communication with the client was excellent with a constant connection maintained throughout the process. Highly recommended.
