From first contact the people at Feasel's were courteous and professional. They made getting my car fixed as smooth as possible. When I brought my car in for the estimate/drop it off my insurance company didn't have the rental set up so Feasel's handled it to get me on the road and not have to wait until my insurance company returned my call. They had our deer hit Buick Lucerne done in 2wks. Replaced and painted fender hood bumper and grill. Detailed inside and out...looks fantastic! We were phd of estimate 2 hrs after dropoff and twice more on progress. Would highly recommend! This shop rocks!
Feasel's painted a small scratch on my car in just a few minutes and only charged for materials. They were friendly and polite, and the family feeling in the office was palpable. We have had bigger jobs done there as well, always as promised. Highly recommended.
recently had some body work done to my Kia. the service was top notch and the staff was very friendly. made me feel like they have known me for years. the work was very well done. I feel they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy.
