I would highly recommend! Been my round up lawyers 3 years.
I am so upset, I sent ALL the paperwork in, what needed notorized, my husbands death certificate, medical records and autopsy report. Even paid to mail everything so they'd get it overnight. Waited and waited no response so I call and was told they couldn't find the paperwork so again I sent everything in. Still they can't find it, so now that everyone else is recieving parts of the settlement I am not. Kerry Howard, Matt Duke, and paralegal Garrett Buckley are Lieing, Scamming, THIEFS. They took my ($500), then proceeded to pass my "Client File" from one "team" to another. I waited for my paperwork 9 months, and After investigating the ordeal with another LAW FIRM, They reveal that my Trademark had not even been filed.
The attorney was great! My only issue is I need an attorney to contest probate and will. The referral I was given in FL couldn't help. I would use for trademark and business services though.
They don't stay in touch its like your not important
