I’ve never had such a disappointing experience with a law firm before. I paid over $3,000 to have my trust prepared by Fears Law Firm. The lawyer handling my case left the firm without notifying me, and my case was left unfinished with no one taking responsibility. After repeated phone calls and emails, the firm finally sent me a so-called “final version” of my trust — but it did not reflect what we originally discussed or agreed upon. I tried to make a simple request to review documents and then on the day of my appointment they sprung on me that I had to pay an additional fee to review the documents. I had no issue paying the fee despite them not notifying me. But to simply dodge my request and still charge me is shady as fuck.
