My wife and I have been tenants here since September 2022. We pay our rent on time. On January 6, 2025, the current superintendent (Ibrahim) cornered a vulnerable tenant (in her own apt.) who was 7 months pregnant. He verbally assaulted her. Her water broke two days later and sadly she lost her baby on January 22. Despicably and criminally the management defend their superintendent and claim there was a “cultural misunderstanding”. 440 Eglinyon ave east, We went the to look at an init tonight 1 bedroom + den buzzed the lady she hung up on me so i buzzed her agsin she said go to 101 and wait so we did waited 15/20 minutes she never came so buzzed her again she said oh its not locked go in she will be right there , WE OPENED THE DOOR AND THERE WAS BABY COCKROCHES ALL OVER THE FLOOR we ran out of there so fast Never again !!will i in that place agsin
