Found a gas leak in my home that is for sale. Was hired by interested buyer for the home. Didn't make the family aware of the leak. Seems like something that should have been shared with the family currently living in the house before leaving. Took 4 days for the realtor to let us know of the leak.
Wouldn’t recommend he did my home inspection and missed the fact that my showers were not putting out hot water so when I moved in no hot water for shower called him and he said he’s not a plumber that’s right but his job was to make sure I have hot water now I have to pay xtra for a plumber to fix his mistake

Myron is an absolute professional, from the first inspection he was extremely knowledgeable, and walked me through every step of the way with what he was looking for, and why certain things needed to be addressed. He then did a return inspection when the appraiser needed more details on the basement at lightning speed to help move my purchase into closing, and then went above and beyond a third time to address a final issue to help me close on my home.
