Took my Jeep here to have Amp fold out floor boards installed, to help the wife getting in and out of the vehicle. Horrible service. Parts came in. But weren’t all there so we had to reschedule. But instead of calling to reschedule they made an appointment without letting us know. So we get a phone call asking where we were.... in the end they installed the steps and it’s horrible. The wires are actually zip tied to the exhaust. And in other areas the wire harness was not ran inside the frame but on the outside to hang down.... read more
I recently purchased a 1975 Chevy C30 old pickup and needed a camper shell, Fearless provided a great used shell in like new condition for a quarter of the price I had been quoted locally in Klamath Falls to build one and could not find another within hundreds of miles around. Called and was told they may have a couple that would fit, drove down and was accommodated in a vey short time to be able to return home a satisfied customer. These guys (especially Delbert) jumped through hoops to source the suspension lift kit I was looking for. Install was done and looked great. Here is the kicker, a short period after the install the kit had a failure of a uniball in a control arm. Now they had already done the install and could have easily left me high and dry, but Delbert went above and beyond to stand behind their work and contacted the manufacturer to get a replacement part shipped out and installed. This guy is awesome, he was once my boss and would come away form the counter to help us get lifts, shock, and anything else need done in the shop! He is an amazing guy who is trying to build a honest business.
The worst experience I've ever had . They do shit work caused damage to my truck . When I picked my truck up after having them do a lift they tried charging me over 400 more then quoted . I've had to take my truck other places to have it fixed after the caused damage to it . Now my truck makes weird noises and when I brought it up to them they said it makes the same nose on his truck and he can't figure it out that I just have to deal with it .
