I recently completed the 4-day Fear of Flying Clinic at San Francisco International Airport, and I can honestly say it changed my life. I’ve struggled with a severe fear of flying for over 25 years. I still traveled, but every trip came with overwhelming anxiety and panic attacks. I gave myself this clinic as a 30th birthday present after not flying for over 12 years. Since the class, I have taken 8 or 9 flights. The best thing about the clinic is the community. The people in the class were incredible and so interesting (successful individuals in competitive fields-I felt like a little bit of a loser needing a class to help me fly again, but as soon as I met the other people in my class I knew I was in good company).
