Dr Feagin has been my surgeon since the early 80's not long after he opened his practice. I have to say he and his staff are awesome. They are a 10 in my book.
I first would like to say Dr. Owen and staff are the best. In the beginning of my journey I went for a consultation to a plastic surgeon in Panama City, Florida and I must say it was the most uncomfortable appointment I had ever been to. They would not even try to get my insurance approved for a breast reduction that I desperately needed for medical reasons. Dr. Feagin is the sweetest Doctor! I had a moderate amount of under eye puffiness that made me look tired and old. He suggested blepharoplasty and it went great. Everyone says I look different and "Happy". But, no one knows why lol. Thanks to Dr. Feagin and his staff. Everyone, including the wonderful surgical nurses, were awesome!!!
Dr. Owen and staff are wonderful. From the first consult to the follow ups after surgery I couldn't have asked for a better team! Surgical team at Flowers was also top notch. If you are looking for an excellent plastic surgeon look no further. Dr. Owen is the best.
