They canceled a two month checkup for my newborn due to misinformation about who they thought her provider was supposed to be and are not able to get her back in until an entire month after she is supposed to be seen. If they are too busy they should let children see a civilian doctor.
Multiple appointments canceled last minute, doctors who don’t listen to their patients, all care is given referrals for office base if you can get an appointment and they don’t cancel. If your a retired the require you to go to the base because they know you won’t be provided medical. All request to transfer to a civilian provider is denied unless you lower your insurance from Tricare prime. Much larger deductible and copays.
