Disappointing Communication I've reached out multiple times via phone, left two messages, and even submitted an RFQ through their website. Unfortunately, I received no response—not even a simple acknowledgment like "We no longer produce this" or "We can't assist you." It's a shame when a company can't manage basic customer service.
