it appears that fdp management is quite possibly a large national perhaps even international corporation. If this is the case my concern is their actual commitment to the idea of people making homes in their rental properties and being a steward of the community. My experience with them today was too impersonal in the process to simply view an apartment - where you're expected to supply them with a minimum of 1/3 of your income for a place that you would like to be your home.
