I applied for the Project Management Consultant position at FDM Group. I was contacted by a recruiter a month later, saying that the program has been closed and suggested me be interviewed for the Business Intelligence Consultant position. I applied to the mainframe developer returnship program in September of 2023... I went through rigorous interviews, including a business case 5 slide presentation in front of a panel of 4 judges. I was told that I was in the top percentile of all time. Then I was told to wait for the client interviews.. Predatory practices; take advantage of consultants with low wages. Steer clear of this company. I won't be surprised if they end up with a Netflix documentary on their unethical practices.
