FDM is one of the worst organizations you can work for. They abuse, manipulate, and harass their workers all in the chase of profits. They will promise you job opportunities and connections but never deliver. Be prepared for endless evaluations and tests even after you pass their rigorous training. Staff will approach you promising to help, but every word you say, every action you take, every breath you breath will be rigorously documented. The process begins with a four-level Virtual Assessment. After completing it, a recruiter, reaches out to schedule an interview. Following the interview and completion of any additional assessments, communication unexpectedly stops. Despite multiple follow-up attempts, I received no response. Weeks later, I finally got a message stating, "Sorry, we are unable to offer you an interview."

First, they ask you to do a Virtual Assessment(4-Levels). Once you are done with it, then a recruiter approaches you.Then, you will pass the interview and do the assessment that they ask you to perform. Even after doing it, they will ghost for a very long time. Despite of sending them multiple messages, they didn't replied to any of my mail. But after a long time, a message appears, "Sorry we are unable to offer you an interview

Terrible experience with FDM Group. The recruitment process was confusing and unprofessional, with promises that never materialized. After completing multiple assessments and interviews, communication completely stopped, and my follow-ups were ignored. Very disappointing.
