Terrible experience! Just tried to get my medical records, not only did they hang up they kept declining my call back. Horrible servicio, solicite mis récords médicos y solo hablo con la doctora atrás y me colgó el teléfono y seguía desconectando mis llamadas cuando intenté llamar de regreso.
Had this pediatrician since a child, I once asked if she can recommend me to a psychiatrist or refer me to one as I was experiencing severe anxiety and depression, she told me it was all in my head (by the way, no shit Sherlock it is affected by the brain). She refused and told me that I’ll get better. A couple months down the line I tried to kill my self not once or twice, yet multiple times. Love this doctor. She was once my pediatrician and now shes my kids doc as well. Shes very informative and gives it to you straight. Shes very professional and is always available to answer and issues which may arise 24/7.
