They only care about money and using underhanded ways of keeping it. Theirs high utilities and rent costs of the management itself. Rent keeps going up even though it should be income based. We are only saving $95 as income based here a month. I was told how much we are actually saving by the manager. Doing that gives them more of your info like bank statements each year for renewal. Charlotte Park Apartments. Manage Lilly Luu Said my Apartment was perfect when the did the walk though & then charged me $360.00 for paint and I only lived there a year. Also I took pictures & had the whole small apartment cleaned myself & they charged me $175.00. They kept my Deposit in Lue of Rent & Section-8 paid it, also by Law you are supposed to be given your deposit back in 21 Days, they did not do that.
