After speaking with Jasmine from FTC and Associates we realize the lack of communication came from a different member. This is the reason why I am changing the review to a more positive tone. I honestly believe Jasmine is the best tool this business has going on as she is very responsive, professional and on task.
We started a new 3-car garage project back in 02/2021 with FDC & Associates who was referred to me by the arquitect. Every time my arquitect or I attempted to get an update from, Fabio, the engineer; he was either on vacation or not returning calls/email. It is now 04/2022 and my grading plans are still not approved because Fabio has not handled corrections on the County's portal which were posted on 03/15/2022.
