Good people with quick response to calls for service! Very knowledgeable with ice makers! Jon Mann is the bomb!
I rent an ice machine for our bar through a company that uses FD Pierce to service the machine. Twice in the last 9 months our machine has stopped working and they were incredibly slow to come. This most recent time we called on a Thursday and got "we'll be out sometime next week." Cool. My cocktail bar runs on ice, no biggie that you can't give me a date.
