Fran is amazing and did an amazing job on our carpets! We had some general traffic, pet stains, and drink stains on our carpet. We thought that it might lighten them to make the carpet look better than it did. What Fran did was eliminate those stains! Coffee/soda - gone. The carpet looks practically new! And Fran is a great, personable guy, no fluff, straight shooter! His prices for the work performed are the best I have paid. We will have him come back each year to clean them going forward!

Fran is excellent! He responded quickly to my inquiry and was able to come out within a few days to clean my large sectional. Through no fault of his own some spots were missed and he didn’t hesitate to come out and clean those too! I would recommend him for any upholstery cleaning needs and will definitely be using him in the future.

We had a wonderful experience working with F.D. Carpet cleaning at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Worcester. He was punctual, professional, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. They already look fantastic, and we’re excited to see the final result once they’ve fully d... read more

Well, I was pleasantly surprised after contacting F&D carpet cleaning. When I called to set up a time, a gentleman named Fran, not only explained what needed to be done but also gave me a set price per hour right up front. Reason why I say that is because in the past with other projects there’s a lot of hidden fees. Not only did the tile and grout come out beauti... read more

I was able to drop off a 8x12 area rug that had some heavy stains. Fran was able to remove them and the entire rug looks brand new! Pricing was more than fair compared to other companies in the area. Will definitely be using FD carpet cleaning in the future!
