Great experience and so convenient! Employees were so nice and super helpful! Had to bring my son one day and had to go back for 5 more of us a week later. Each time, we were able to get right in, which is amazing. Tried different places and they were booked for days or did not have rapid tests available. Accurate results!
Poor signage, and little to no direction while setting up appointment online. Selecting location on website was odd. Then received text messages once appointment was book with instructions. Had to fill out an additional form on my phone which seems ridiculous considering I scheduled the appointment on my PC and had input much of the same info. I suppose after the learning curve, the experience was fine, but a few simple improvements would make this a lot easier.
Terrible experience. Rapid test was fast because it is supposed to be. Lab results are still pending from almost one week and no one from customer service is responding properly. I would not recommend this place for testing.
