I'm actually exhausted with the level of incompetence this company is. So far it has been 10 months (and counting) since FCT made their mistakes on my title and it probably won’t even get fixed before my property’s sale goes through. AVOID AT ALL COST. Our broker booked us with FCT for our refinance signing, and we had our closing date today. The documents we signed stated that the proceeds would be advanced today November 22nd, and now FCT told our broker it would take 24-48hrs to process the rest? Our mortgage received the payout today but we didn’t get the proceed on the same day. This is a high alert warning. Do not use FCT. This is our first time using FCT and heard about them because of our broker, and will never ever recommend them to anyone.
Terrible experience with FCT. My broker arranged for their support as we were completing a land transfer (adding someone to a Morgage). Initially we were told it would be completed by Oct 28th. We waited over two weeks and did not hear anything. Broker reached out and was told it will be closing in several days. Another week went by and no updates.
