This is a simple question. Why does this company have phones installed when they refuse to answer them? No receptionist, no case workers, no nurses...only an answering machine. I find this company extremely hard to work with especially when I have a bona fide case since 1971. I ask for little...I do not see doctors, did not receive a monetary reward, and do not take medication. These people are ghosts, or don't wish to talk to the people they represent. Profit before purpose. Unprofessional, unempathetic, arrogant, unethical and inept, to name a few in my estimation. Kathy, Deb, and Wendy find ways to not take ownership of their jobs and seem to have no healthy fear for their actions regarding injured workers under their care. I also feel they take pleasure in making bona fide recipients of Workman's Compensation jump through too many hoops, calling it "State Mandated" to receive simple items like batteries for an approved Tens unit.
