RecommendedBob the owner did an awesome job on my Ford raptor shocks. They needed a full rebuild and he made sure they were functioning like they were brand new. I would highly recommend anyone looking to get their shocks fixed to see Bob.
We ordered springs from for suspensions in August and have not received them. We call and they don’t answer and the mailbox is full so we can’t leave a message. We email and get no response. One time they actually answered the phone and told us the springs have shipped yet they had no tracking info and two weeks later we still have no springs. We have requested a refund and still no response.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH FCR! I contacted this “business” to have 6 atv shocks rebuilt. I paid in advance and then started the wait...... a couple months go by with me getting the run around. Covid.... blah blah blah. Sure ok got it. After a little over about two months I received 3 shocks of the 6 shocks. The front shocks were so over sprung that it narrowed the front end by almost 4 inches either me sitting on the quad. Had a 2014 RZR 1k with Walker Evans shocks. Built a tube chassis and had Bob do some magical things to my shocks. Especially the fronts. I'm blown away. The shorter thicker shafts don't let the wheel drop down far enough to put you axles on a bind which in turn destroys your ring gear. Took care of the hard rebound issue. This thing just hugs the ground now on any hill I put it on. Can't even jump it if I want to. Finally got some miles on my yxz after getting new springs an a valve job done! Rides amazing now very happy i had them done with FCR!! Words cannot describe the difference it made. If your thinking about getting shock work done get ahold of Bob an the crew at FCR an have it done right!!! Bob was there the whole way to answer any questions I had. Thanks again!!
Bob did an amazing job on my kx 450 forks. It rides like a totally different bike. He done a great job on them and they look amazing with the new decals.
