The nurse practitioner, Marcia Ellen Tyler-Evans, extremely rushed her time and patient care with my wife. When my wife addressed her injury and concerns, Dr. Tyler-Evans did not pay any attention or listen. We waited for about 45 minutes or more just to get 3 minutes with her, and in those 3 minutes she completely ignored what my wife had to say. We are beyond dissatisfied with her care. I am not sure if my experience was bad or I just don't know what is normal. I went to the Dr. with a pain in my leg. I left the Dr's office needing an xray. Dr. said I needed an xray. I walked out of the office with no information other than I needed an xray. I never got a call or any clues to what was needed to get and xray. I called back two days later saying that an xray never happened to me was there anything I needed to do. They said that I was to go and get an xray and to call the xray place.
